Meet Details:
- Location: Middletown Community Park, 7628 Coblentz Road, Middletown, MD 21769
- Parking: Use the official lots near the pavilions and bathrooms. Please only park in designated spots. Absolutely no parking on grass-you will be ticketed or towed by the park rangers. Additional parking is available at Middletown High School adjacent to the park.
- Course Walks: Self-guided course walks that start at 11:00a.
- Course Maps: Course maps are linked HERE
- Arrival Time: Please ensure your runner arrives at least 45 minutes before their race. Coaches will lead warm-ups ~30 minutes prior to each race.
- Bibs: Upon arrival, see coach Anne or Gretchen to get your bib(s). You do not need to return these to the coaches.
- Food & Drinks: There will be no concessions. Water will be available at the finish line for athletes only.
- Restrooms: Bathrooms are located in the building near the pavilions. Encourage athletes to use the restrooms before warm-ups begin.
- Results: Live results will be posted HERE. Finalized results will be posted on Athletic.net
- Awards: Awards will be distributed to the top 20 runners in each age/gender division.They will be available for pick up at the awards table near the finish line once the race is marked official.
- OCC Meet Roster: Attached you will find the pre-registration meet entries for our team. There is NO race-day signup.

- 1:15 PM 2K – 7-8 Boys
- 1:30 PM 2K – 7-8 Girls
- 1:45 PM 3K – 9-10 Boys
- 2:15 PM 3K – 9-10 Girls
- 2:45 PM 3K – 11-12 Boys
- 3:15 PM 3K – 11-12 Girls
- 3:45 PM 4K – 13-14, & 15-18 (HS) Boys
- 4:15 PM 4K – 13-14, & 15-18 (HS) Girls

All races will begin promptly at their scheduled start times. There will be no early starts or delays, so please arrive on time.
Post Meet Social – Stop by More Ice Cream, located near Middletown Community Park, on your way home for a sweet treat with your teammates!
