
Coach Vassili will lead Summer Conditioning workouts beginning Tuesday June 17 and continuing Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Farm Park at 5 p.m. These workouts are not the usual workouts we do during the season; they are more focused toward gaining and keeping up running strength and stamina over the summer. Feel free to stop by and run with us.
We will be sending out information about the regular season registration and practices towards the end of July.
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running!
Olney Cross Country Club participates in MD Area Youth XC Running League and practices locally three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) during the XC season (mid August through November). Our runners compete against other local running clubs in 1K, 2K, 3K and 4K races depending on age group. Our mission is to promote the sport of running in a fun and encouraging way that will help kids build self-esteem, discipline, and team spirit.
